VINTAGE LIDDED ASIAN BOWL SERVER GOLD HANDLES BIRDS FLOWERS ANGLO MAN & WOMAN

I know a great deal about antique / vintage American pottery, but very little regarding Asian ceramics. I bought this at a high end estate sale recently because of its style and condition. Any help or feedback would be appreciated. I believe this is a hand painted lidded bowl or server. The bowl is free of any flaws, and measures about 11" wide to the handles and app. 7" high to the top handle. There is identifying writing on the bottom as shown in the last photo?????? Interesting scenes on each side with a couple, and a man holding a snake out of a trunk !!  Bid with confidence as I have been selling on eBay for over 22 years with 100% positive feedback, and collecting for 30+.
