The new Cascade 2-Part Poles from the series has been constructed perfectly for all backcountry endeavors. The Cascade 2-Part poles are constructed with an aircraft grade Aluminum Alloy Shaft. The durable, strong shaft of the 2-part is 16-14 mm in diameter with Scott's innovative S4 Safety Release System (S.R.S.). Scott's S.R.S. is the next generation of ski pole safety technology that allows the strap to release from the ski pole grip when you get into bad situations to greatly prevent injuries from occurring. The release system works when the strap is pulled upwards with force. Other than Scott's innovative release system, the Cascade 2-Part includes several unique features to enhance comfort and performance. The Cascade includes an EG Cork Grip, a Rubber Grip Zone and a Duraflex Carbide Tip. The Carbide Tip provides great flexibility to reduce the stress on the tip. *Returned skis that have been mounted are subject to a 20-25% restocking fee. If you are unsure about keeping the skis or your boot size we recommend shipping the skis & bindings unmounted.
Where to Find Your Boot Sole Length (BSL)
The boot sole length is not your foot size or boot size; it is a millimeter measurement of the boot shell. Ski boot manufacturers emboss this measurement into the plastic shell at the heel or under the arch. The number will fall between 255-365mm for an adult ski boot. This number will be greater than your mondo boot size (
eg.
a mondo size of 23.5 commonly has a BSL of 275mm). Please include the “mm” unit to indicate that the number given is the BSL and not the mondo size. Without this precise manufacturer's measurement, we cannot mount your skis.
If we are given incorrect mounting info, the buyer will be responsible for any remounting or restocking fees.
Binding Check:
Buyer is responsible
for taking Ski + Binding to a certified ski shop before use to make final adjustments and do a safety release check.  We do NOT set DIN levels.
Product Availability
Our eBay store shares much of its inventory with our family-owned retail store in Stowe, VT and sometimes our inventory is not accurate due to purchases made locally. If you purchase something that is sold out, we will try our best to find you a suitable replacement item. Any payment for an item that is not available will be refunded immediately. Keep in mind that weekend purchases are not finalized until Monday due to our eBay Department schedule.
