Please note that brush-on application is 5x slower removal than immersion applications. If possible test our REMOVE 9001-Gel with both application methods. Agitate before using and immerse a powder coated panel or small part to see how fast the immersion method is.

Remove 9001-Gel Powder Coat Remover/De-laminator is Ready to use at Room Temperature to Undercut and lift all types of Powder. All Metal Safe, formulated to remove Powder Coating from Hooks and Reclaim Coating Rework. Strip time varies depending on type of coating & film build, utilize a Natural Bristle brush to apply and
leave set on part until paint is lifted 1 to 2 hours or overnight if necessary for heavy build-up coatings
. Cover surface with polypropylene or plastic wrap to keep stripper wet and help keep it from rolling off the vertical & curved surfaces. Agitate with paint stick before using. Air agitation is not recommended: (Oxygen will reduce solution life). Use No-Water with Remove 9001. Store with Lid.
