Rare WISCONSIN ACADEMY 1890 Graduating Class PROGRAM & Later Autograph BookABOUT THIS PARTICULAR ITEM:
Items like these are the type of things we process daily here from complete estate purchases and abandoned storage units, exactly as seen on the TV show "Storage Wars". We never know what unusual items we'll come across next!
From what I've been able to research, this school was founded in 1889. Program is in pretty great shape for its age. The corners are dog-eared and there are some creases from being folded and stored. However, I didn't notice any significant damage of any sort.
The autograph book is in pretty great shape too. Some pages were previously torn out, there are lots of signatures, the first page is signed by Robert C. Anderson.
The loose newspaper clippings appear to be related to the genealogy of one of the graduated in the 1890 program (Anderson). All of these items were found together, so we're offering them together as well.
Autograph book measures about 6 1/4 inches by just under 5 inches.

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT ALL OUR ITEMS:
This is just one of the many interesting items we have up for sale this week from several estates and unclaimed storages. We hand select each item that we think might be of interest to our customers on Ebay. Naturally, any item that comes direct from an estate home or storage environment may sometimes be a bit dusty or in need of light cleaning, the same as if you purchased it at an estate sale in your neighborhood.

USA
& INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We usually ship all paid items the very next business day! And customers buying several items can expect big savings on shipping costs when we can pack all your purchases together.
USA SHIPPING is calculated by Ebay each time a person views our item, based on the Zip Code you used when you signed up with Ebay. If something doesn't seem right about the shipping amount that Ebay is showing you, please write us so we can check it for you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING rates are figured on a request basis. International shipping is expensive, so please ask us for the shipping charge before you bid! We only ship international packages by Priority Mail as recommended by Paypal and Ebay. We do not use First Class Mail for international shipping because it cannot be tracked or insured. And if your country charges duties, taxes or other import fees, you will be responsible for paying your government. Of course, please don't ask us to falsify information on any documents.
SALES TAX
Sales tax is added by Ebay to any purchase that is shipped to a California address. Likewise, sales tax must be added to any purchase picked up at our
Anaheim, California
warehouse.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions about our auctions:
*****
Q: Do you accept offers?
A: Generally, we do not accept offers on our items. We put items on Ebay either as auctions or "Buy-it-Now". Auction items must complete the auction process and will be sold to the high bidder. Buy-it-Now items are available for instant purchase at the price shown.
*****
Q: I live in your area. Can I pick this up if I am the high bidder?
A: Yes, of course. All of our items are available for pick up at our
Anaheim
warehouse. We do not charge a pick-up fee and you will save the shipping costs.
*****
Q: Can I come and see this thing before I bid?
A: Yes, we always welcome personal inspection of any items. Keep in mind this is a big place in two buildings with at least 2,000 Ebay items for sale at any time... a real warehouse operation. Always let us know you're coming... and our address and directions are available by clicking that little "ME" icon near our user name near the top of the listing. You'll come into the front office and we'll be glad to bring any item out for you... but you can't walk around and shop. It's not a retail store.
*****
Q: What's the history on this? Where did you get it? How old is it?
A: Our things come from complete estate purchases and bulk unclaimed storage purchases and are selected from thousands of items a month passing through our hands. We obviously can't talk to the previous owner about the items we purchase, so we generally know nothing about the item's past history.
*****
Q: Why is shipping so high? The post office ads on TV say things can ship for .95.
A: Shipping and postage rates have gone way up over recent times. While some small things may indeed fit in that tiny flat rate box, most anything will need some sort of packaging materials to protect it, and that means a bigger box. We refuse to ship anything that's not safely packed, and sometimes that also means a bigger box. Other sellers think their responsibility ends when the package leaves them, but we know you want your purchase to arrive safely... and we do too.
