M A Hadley Clock Salad Dessert Plate 7.75” Vintage American Pottery. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
My mother has a sizable collection of Hadley Country that she has been building since her wedding in 1964. I remember this plate being in the china cabinet, but I don’t believe she has ever used it. Based on a few qualities of this little gem of a plate, I’d say she bought it at the pottery from the seconds shelf. The clock is painted to reflect 6 o’clock. There are some little drips of blue under the glaze below the 4, 5 and 6. There are slip drips on the uderside of the plate stemming from the rim towards the base. Regardless, the integrity of the plate is perfect and the condition is excellent and unused. It will make a wonderful addition to your collection.
