VERY GOOD condition: The binder is clean and looks rather new. Internally, there are relevant handwritten additions and changes here and there throughout (adding to the genealogical value of this work, imho), the pages have a bit of toning to the edges and some of the usual light copy-machine smudges and marks. A very presentable copy of this scarce genealogy.
