Gardner Sta-Kool, Elastomeric White Roof Coating is a quality flexible, white acrylic latex roof coating. This product resists cracking & peeling, while protecting underlying surfaces. It expands and contracts with the roof's movement to resist damage. The coating provides a protective barrier which reflects the sun's heat and destructive UV rays. In turn, this helps to cool roof surfaces and reduces interior heat gain and lowers cooling costs.

Worked well on the 20 year rubber roof of my coach; ( thicker rubber than RV?s), prep scrub till hand smooth, two 1/2? Matt with roller, and smooth,non-drag coat with nylon 4? painters brush, for a thick finish. Takes foot traffic well and smooth last coat allows wind to remove debris better. Carbon black to brilliant white sure makes it cooler living!

I used it atop of a mobile home, so far so good, it looks nice, a lot nicer than I would have anticipated. I don't know what the longevity will be yet, since I just had it done some three weeks ago. The person who applied it for me swears by it so I'll have to take his word for it, since he was the one who suggested I use this product. I will say this turned out to be cheaper than picking it up locally from my hardware store, even with taxes. So price wise it was an excellent buy.
