    Description

    Available is a '71 Torino Cobra SportsRoof; 429CJ, 4 speed, Ram Air. 1 of 313. Car needs a complete restoration. Missing the following major items: Engine, Trans, Rear, (has an 8" rear to roll), Radiator, Shaker, Rear Louvers,  Instrument cluster, Grill Assy / Headlamps, Front Bumper, Deck Lid, Sport Mirrors, Console, Radio, Door Panels, Rear Seat Side Panels, Horn Pad. Needs the following; Seats are present, but need new covers, Headliner, Dash Pad has cracks. Areas needing rust repair: Cowl, Passenger Compartment Floor Pans (including tunnel), Panel ahead of Gas Tank, Lower Radiator Support, Quarter Panel-to-Taillight Panel Joins, Floors under the Back Seat need minor work, Both Quarter Panels have had some previous rust repairs, Area under the Battery Tray has been repaired. The Roof, both Fenders, and both Doors are pretty good. The Hood is solid, but has had some dent work. Trunk Floors are pretty good. The Front Structure (Frame Rails, Shock Towers, Aprons) are pretty good. Both Valences have some damage. All Glass is intact. Again, car needs a complete restoration, but should be well worth it. What I should have done, is simply put the car in dry storage- Today that car might be worth K or more, still without the engine. Same holds true for this car- Yes, it will cost a ton to restore, or better yet, hold it for someone else to restore in the future- A High-Performance, Big Block, 4 speed, Muscle Car from 1971.)
